Hi.

I’m Andrea Higgins. I have taught mind body movement for close to twenty years. My special area of focus is the Feldenkrais Method® of movement and learning. Move Think Sense Feel is my blog. It is named for four facets of thinking and experience that Feldenkrais lessons activate to bring about personal growth and healing.
