This gentle, 4-part AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT® lessons series will help you ease pain and tension in your upper back, shoulders, neck, and jaw—those places where a lot of us hold stress in our bodies. 

Stress is natural part of life, but when it becomes a habitual state of mind and body, it can lead to a number of common maladies such as headaches, TMJ, and back pain.
