A new workshop series will begin in February of 2019, at Motion Center Yoga in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The 6-hour program will consist of four 1.5 hour sessions, which will meet weekly on Saturday mornings. Each month we will focus on a new theme and will follow a progression from week to week. This will allowing us to delve deeper as we progress through the month.
The program is open to students ages 16 and up and will offer a quiet and relaxing respite with which to close the week. Although you will get the greater benefit from registering for the full series, weekly drop-ins will be allowed on a space available basis. (Click the photo to learn more.)
Sometimes big and lasting changes require a period of complete immersion in lessons that are focused around a specific theme. This one-day intensive offers a more focused experience of Awareness Through Movement, and is best done on your day off. The schedule will include four 40-minute experiential modules with scheduled breaks to allow for processing and integrating. The breaks are an important part of the process.
