Workshops at Motion Center Yoga in Pawtucket, Rhode Island are underway and off to a great start. The 6-hour programs consist of four 1.5 hour sessions, which meet weekly on Saturday mornings from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Each month focuses on a new theme and follows a progression from week to week, allowing us to delve deeper as we progress through the month.

The program is open to students ages 16 and up and offers a quiet and relaxing respite with which to close the week. Although you will get the greater benefit from registering for the full series, weekly drop-ins will be allowed on a space available basis. (Click the photo to learn more.)
