Sometimes big and lasting changes require a period of complete immersion in lessons that are focused around a specific theme. This one-day intensive offers a more focused experience of Awareness Through Movement, and is best done on your day off. The schedule will include four 40-minute experiential modules with scheduled breaks to allow for processing and integrating. The breaks are an important part of the process. You are encouraged to take it easy during the breaks and for the rest of the day after the program concludes....
